Very upset with the service here. Firstly, he quoted me $100. Of course that’s without taxes and fees, whatever.

Then he never contacts me when my monitor is done. I called him three weeks later after dropping it off (He went on vacation one week then gave him a week to do the work). When he answered he said “I’ve been trying to call you. It’s been ready”. He verified my phone number and everything the day I dropped it off. With no missed calls from them, just goes to show he’s also a liar.

I get here and all he did to “fix” it was cutting the back mount and saying “you can still use the old screw and it will be just fine.” I literally asked him if he could get the stuck, broken screw out. Then he charges me $150 for it. Literally charged me $150 to use a grinder and get a screw out. That’s not what he said he was going to do. If that was the only option, I would save myself $162 (after fees and taxes) by doing it myself.

This place is NOT the place to go to get your electronics fixed. Please save your money and your time.

I had problems with my cell phone which I have used for many years and contains my most valuable data, well it’s been broken for a while and when I called this company they informed me that walk ins are welcomed. The location was easy to find, when I arrived the location was clean, I was politely welcomed and someone came to assist me immediately with a pleasant attitude. My phone screen was replaced including the back and works like it’s brand new. I recommend this business if you are looking for amazing customer services, great quality of work and amazing customer service. The pricing is reasonable and was amongst the lowest prices from all the other places I had contacted. I Will be coming back to repair my old iPad. 100/100

Dropped my HP Envy 360 off on a Thursday due to the power button not working, computer wouldn’t turn on. I read that this is common with these HP’s. Anyway, they told me they could have it ready by the following Tuesday.

They ended up having it ready by Wednesday morning and the cost was a FRACTION of what you’d pay with the BB Geek Squad. I researched what people were paying for soldering on a new power (thingy) to the motherboard and seriously, they charged me 1/3 of what folks were paying at BB.

Communication could have been a little better but the price and workmanship is what is important to me. They earned my returned business. I give them a solid A-.
