Anthony (owner of Love 2 Fix) is an absolute GEM of a business owner/salesman/technician/repair specialist/customer service agent. Six months ago, I could not get my Samsung A52 to transfer data (specifically, photos) to my PC, via the USB Type C cable. I wasn’t sure if it was the cable, my computer’s USB ports or something within the phone. I found Love2Fix online and at 8:30 PM on a Sunday, around the holidays even… I went there expecting it to be closed. It was open and Anthony listened to me, then took the phone and ran some diagnostic tests. He came back and told me he was pretty sure it was a small microchip and that he would have to order it and make the repair. I expressed my concern about it being something other than the chip and the price getting out of hand. He told me he was 95% certain it was that chip and that it would cost no more than $100.00-$125.00 but turn around time would be at least a week. I agreed and left my phone with him. Three days later, he called to tell me that he’d gotten the part, repaired the phone and it was ready to be picked up. When I got to the shop and asked him what I owed him, he said, “The part wasn’t as much as expected and it went in pretty easy so $75.00.” I was prepared to pay $125.00 (the higher end of what he quoted me earlier) and I would have gladly paid that. What kind of repair shop quotes you a price range and then AFTER doing the work, charges you $25.00-$50.00 UNDER the original quote? An HONEST one… I told him how much I appreciated his service and honesty. When he handed me my phone back, the case was missing and I asked him about it. He apologized and said he would order a new replacement. Two days later, he called to let me know it was in. I picked it up and he said, “Sorry about that.” Then, he put a new screen protector on my phone free of charge! I was ecstatic. I am a business owner in sales also and I treat my customers exactly how Anthony treated me. I told him I would definitely be writing a glowing review for him as well as giving him future business and referrals. I procrastinated… and then, a few days ago, my phone again had USB connectivity issues. I thought it might be the cable but it worked intermittently so I wasn’t sure. I took it down and Anthony confirmed it was the USB cable. I asked if he had one for sale. He said no but that he could sell me a used one for $5. He also said if it didn’t work to just come back and he’d swap me another one I bought the cable, thanked him and promised I would leave him a positive review. So this is it. THANK YOU SIR-ANTHONY… for absolutely coming through for me… for your integrity and honesty… for charging me less than I expected to pay… for fixing my phone way faster than promised… If I or any of my friends have future cell phone issues, You ‘Da MAN I’ll be calling!

Just incredible. I’m a techie guy, I can usually fix my own stuff, I’ve built several PCs, but I had a graphics issue that no info online could help me resolve, and my laptop camera wasn’t working after a screen replacement, so I took it in to Anthony. Within 5 minutes he has solved my graphics issue that had been bugging me for a year, and after he day with my laptop he got the built in camera working. I was about ready to buy a new laptop and he made it so I actually like mine a lot again. Dude is so legit, and an all around good person too. The world could use more Anthonys

My husband found this place and we initially came to get a screen protector for my new iPhone 13 pro and left with an awesome phone case and screen protector. I then brought in my old laptop of which they removed the hard drive and drilled for me (see photo) and then e-recycled everything!!!!! The staff here are awesome and definitely know what their doing. We will definitely be regular customers and I highly recommend them for your eWaste and tech repair needs.
