Watch your verbiage with these people! Long story but I will make it as short as I can. My 19 year old daughter went in because her phone screen was broken and couldn’t use her phone. She told them her screen is broken and she wasn’t able to use her phone. They called her to confirm moving forward with the repair. She said yes as long as I am able to use my phone. They went along and repaired her screen. Phone still didn’t work after paying close to $300 for the repair. I called and spoke to the manager Chris and after about 40 minutes of going back and forth he basically said my daughter got what she asked for “a screen repair”. I asked to speak to the owner of the company and he told me the owner is an old man that “doesn’t want to argue with a woman”. So they basically took my daughters money and nothing was done because the phone didn’t work and the screen was glitching about 3 hours after “repairing” it. Please go elsewhere or if you end up here be specific that you want to be able to make phone calls and texts after the repair and record that conversation! And go with your young adult child otherwise they might get taken advantage of. Be VERY SPECIFIC!

This place, and the guys running it are life-savers! On vacation from the UK, phone screen smashes on the first day. Found this place locally, not far from Disney World Resort, called up at about 6pm hoping they might have a screen in stock and might fit us in in the next day or two…..to our delight, we found that they were open until 11pm, we got there at about 7.30pm the same day, and by 8pm the phone was all shiny and new again, and we were on our way!! And to make it even better, the shop is in a small complex that’s open late, where we could have dinner and listen to some live music while we waited! Couldn’t have asked for better! Oh, and thre guy was super helpful and knew his stuff! Would highly recommend!!

Wonderful people! Chris assisted my friend while we were visiting and her phone broke. After visiting another shop and being quoted $600-1100, Chris and his team was able to fix her phone for a fraction of the price. After explaining our experience at the other shop, we felt heard and were met with patience. Chris explained exactly what they were doing and we could see the phone the entire time. While waiting we were offered water. The shop was clean and it a well lit area. I highly recommend this place.
