Mac medic exemplifies customer service. This has been my go to place for computer issues for years and they have fixed virtually every issue. In addition they have provided excellent advice without charge. The staff at Mac Medic are pros with deep knowledge of Apple products. They also keep tabs on deals and discounts, saving me hundreds of dollars. Whenever I enter the store I feel relief. I know and trust the staff. I see their commitment to quality work. Most recently they rescued my kid’s photos from a nearly destroyed computer. I really can’t say enough good things about them.

My MacBook pro needed service, and MacMedics advertised walk-in assistance, no appointment needed. The Severna Park location was most convenient so I stopped by and they did a diagnostic while I waited. The battery needed to be replaced, and they suggested I send the laptop to Apple, since they would charge more for the service. Staff is friendly and very helpful, and they don’t push you one way or the other. Nice to know that some place still puts the consumer’s needs ahead of their bottom line. (And their vintage Macs are fun to look at while you wait!)

I recently purchased a MacBook Air laptop for my wife from Dana at MacMedics in Severna Park.
