I dropped my computer off on June 19th, and they gave me the computer back broken 2 weeks later. The keyboard was malfunctioning. So I gave it back, and they misdiagnosed my computer 3 times. I went in after a month and a half to get an update after no communication, and there was a man at the desk that told me “there is nothing to say” but proceeded to tell me that it would take a while. They had my computer for a total of 3 months and added parts that did not fix the issue. They told me the owner would have to take a look at the computer. They told me the owner was not responding for 2 days and would not look at my computer until 5 days later. During the process, they did not communicate anything with me unless I called them or went in the store. I finally asked them for the computer back and they offered to give it to me “in pieces”. In what world would I want my computer back in pieces after 3 months? My computer was not a priority to fix as the issue was apparently too complex for them to handle. I spent months wondering when I’ll get it back. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, especially students who need their computer for school. My computer is still broken after 3 months.

UPdate: tried Mac Men again, loved every step of the process. I would highly recommend them and their great service.

Really disappointed in their communication. Took computer in, when they called with price I told them I would not be able to pick up for 3 weeks as I was out of town. I asked them if they were able to save information and the giy said yes. Came back to pickup and computer had not been touched. He said he would work on it that day. Waited and never received a text that it was done. Feel they need to work on communication and people skills.

Great people. Straightforward and honest no nonsense help. Reasonable prices and they’re ready to help immediately upon a customer entering. If they don’t notice you enter just make yourself known and they’ll be attentive and helpful in seconds. I didn’t even say anything and I got help within 5 seconds. Couldn’t ask for better service. I got a screen protector in 2 minutes for only 10 bucks and it was applied flawlessly! I will be back if I break my screen protector again.
