For some reason Google does not list this under the business name MacAdvantage, instead they list it under Mac Repair Santa Rosa. There are also reviews for this business under Mac Data Recovery Santa Rosa.

My first visit to Mac Advantage was over two years ago for my MacBook. It was excruciatingly slow. I originally went to the Apple Store and after using a USB diagnostic tool on it, they said there were no problems. They suggested that getting rid of some of the “clutter” on my desktop would speed things up. I decided on The Mac Advantage after reading some Google reviews. I mean, if Pixar Studios loves this guy he must have something going for him.

Located in a residential area of Rhonert Park means parking right in front of the business. I took in my puter Friday at noon, they checked it in, Tam ran a quick diagnostic that showed the hard drive was failing. He quoted me what I considered a very reasonable price to replace with a new drive and said it would be done by Thursday at the latest. The crew said to call on Tuesday to check on the progress, but Tam called Monday at noon to let me know it was done. Picked it up for the quoted price and brought it home. It was smoking fast and it took the equivalent of one business day…..and my desktop was still cluttered.

Later they replaced the screen on my iMac using a surplus part they had in the shop….while I waited.

These guys never fail to amaze me. If Apple can’t fix it, MacAdvantage can. I feel fortunate to have found them. They truly are the premier fixer of MacProblems. I’m glad Tam doesn’t have a “life” and can fix my ‘puter instead 😉

After going to the Genius Bar, hearing they would take a week to do the fix for my Mac, I couldn’t wait as a student with upcoming tests. My search for alternatives landed me here at the MAC advantage. With an immediate response and excellent customer service, they lowered the price to beat apples quote and they got the repair done the same day ahead of schedule, letting me prepare for my tests.
