So I called Ray, told him I was looking for a specific build on a 2020 iMac 27″ 5K retina. He had exactly what I needed and fixed me up right away. Made sure the iMac was packed and shipped asap and I had the computer in a few days. Perfectly pacckaged, and with a brand new keyboard and mouse ( something I have never gotten from ‘Other’ online mac vendors ). The iMac fit in perfectly with my two iMac workflow.
