Me and my wife had a catastrophic failure of her logic board on her MacBook Air, we took it in and within 24 hours they had it fixed. I felt as though MAC Tech Solutions cares about their customers as I was promptly greeted and Adam was more than willing to answer any questions I had.

I gave them my email address and Mac Tech sent me updates throughout the process of fixing my wife’s laptop which was very assuring knowing that they were very transparent with the process.

My wife has been a very satisfied customer of Terry and the staff at McTech for years. I had my first personal experience with the company today, and in particular with a young highly-skilled technician. I created a self-inflicted (me) “major” problem with my Apple I Pad. The young man put his magic touch on it and had me out the door and on my home in less than 15 minutes. What a great experience. I definitely join my wife in being a satisfied customer.

I live in Florida & my iPhone screen stopped working while I was in town for a funeral. The screen was completely black so I had to make a claim through the Apple company and Apple sent me to Mac Tech Solutions to have my phone looked at and repaired if possible.
