Faith was amazing! I brought her my 10 year old Lenovo with Win 10 that was running slow. Faith found my 1TB hard drive was going bad along a number of other issues. She replaced the hard drive, cloned my old drive, upgraded RAM, cleaned up everthing and was able to upgrade the OS to Win 11…all on time and for the cost she had estimated! My laptop now runs like new, and I no longer have to worry about Win 10 support running out. Don’t go to Geek Squad or some other repair shop, Mad Cat LLC gets it done right. Thanks Faith!!!!
