I am so happy I found Mad Genius! Nate is fantastic, he is personable, prompt and very knowledgeable on Apple products.He sat down with me and reviewed/compared the cost of replacing my laptop verses replacing the screen. I decided it was most cost effective to replace my screen. He had very good repair prices. I had dropped my MacBookAir onto my carpet and it cracked my screen. He had it ordered and replaced in a matter of days, and that was over a holiday weekend! Wow! such great service! My screen is beautiful and works great! We showed up because we broke our laptop traveling and even though it was by appointment only, Nate was more than happy to take a look at our MacBook! He quickly ordered the parts, and had the laptop ready in 2 days!!! We felt super comfortable leaving our laptop in his hands, and his price was actually cheaper than what someone else previously quoted us. He assisted us with some other questions and was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even held off on shipping our laptop back since we went home on the holidays.
