They took care of an AppleCare repair for me. The product was sent to Apple due to the kind of repair needed. Apple did not repair my laptop properly and I contacted MainstreamUSA right away. They had me bring my laptop back to them and went out of their way to provide amazing customer service in order to correct Apple’s mistake. I now have a fully functioning laptop and they were also wonderful to accommodate me as I had to drive a distance in order to drop off and pick up my laptop each time.
