I just want to start off by saying I don’t have any negativity towards these people because they’ve serviced other devices of mine, but recently I’m not sure what’s going on with their service and I say that because I recently asked them to do a computer job for me and they assumed they could do the labor without actually knowing anything about the laptop and it resulted in a waste of their time and my ENTIRE weekend. I let the owner know I had to take Ubers from very far away after my 3rd time taking a Uber back and forth over THE SAME SITUATION his response was.. “personally i don’t care.” Which I found strange because if I’m a loyal customer that should matter to you.. I also asked them to transfer over Info from one phone to another and somehow the phone that has all the information can’t download any apps so they insisted on doing it through iCloud which somehow has now almost taken a WEEK when at first I literally saw the phone and it said 2 hours.
THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT SERIOUS PEOPLE AND ONLY INTERESTED IN MONEY. KEEP IN MIND THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE NOT EVEN RECENT OR ANYTHING COMPLEX besides fixing a phone screen.. which even that they somehow CANT seem to do properly. they’ve kidnapped my cellphone for 5 days now!!! Telling me to come back at a certain time and when I return they’ve somehow closed shop??? After kidnapping my belongings I felt forced
I had no choice but to contact the authorities.
