This is my 2nd time around working here. This time I’m all in and will be here for a while! Joel and his parents are a joy to work with! We’re a family here, we genuinely care about each other and our customers. We’re always working with our team to improve customer service experience by making improvements to our services to best suite the needs of our customers!
I’ve been into PCs and electronics since I was a little kid. I’ve always done work for friends and family! This is literally my dream job! I enjoy having my son come to work with me and I would love to teach him this trade as well so long as he’s interested! I have him partly trained on a keyboard so far!

They have been good in the past but recently they have tried running up costs for unnecessary services.
Went in for a general malware clean up and told them that there was malware on the device. Was told there was a $70 fee to clean it up. That $70 fee was only to confirm that there was malware(which was already stated) then another $100+ fee was charged to actually clean up the malware. this whole process was supposed to take only 2-3 days but they took over 2 weeks.
We would have declined the clean up for that cost, but it had already been a week and a half and computer was needed back.
They are not good at explaining their fees and what services are included with each fee.
