Took my laptop in to have all my pictures downloaded to a TB thumb drive and have my hard drive cleaned up. Also had an issue with the start button sticking. Marshall called me the next day, said it was done. Checked the thumb drive when I got home, all my picture folders were on it, the folders where all empty! My heart dropped as this was years of family pics and vacations. I wanted a professional to download them as they were very important to me and I didn’t want to mess up. I called him immediately but it wen to voicemail. I waited an hour then I took it back to his shop. I told him what happened, he tried to figure out what went wrong. I was leaving town and told him I needed it remedied asap. I called after a few hours, he didn’t answer so I went back. He was sitting watching a movie on his computer, my laptop still laying where I left it! I took it and left after expressing my thoughts! Found he has deleted some of my operating system that is related to the downloading. If I don’t find someone who can restore it, I’ve lost thousands of pictures due to his ineptness.

Well was first recommended to Marshall from a gentleman from Staples. I’ve had some issues with my website and needed someone to fix it. I get on the phone with Marshall speak several times he’s an amazing individual he direct me Tara. Now she is inside Marshalls and has her own company called my computer web design. She is amazing took over everything I needed her to and wow very professional understands everything that I needed made everything happen that I needed almost as if it was like kids stuff to her. I took my daughters iPad there to get fixed to get screen replaced. Very nice guys, very cool. But after a week , I come to pick it up and the screen was not put on all the way, it was falling off, so I asked him to please fix that. After returning it, and picking it back up the second time, the screen was still not intact, and he switched my home button and broke my finger print sensor. So now I can’t even use the home screen. I try to call him and ask for my money back, so maybe someone else can can fix it correctly, but he does not answer or respond to my voicemail. So my iPad is worse shape than it was before, and I lost $120 . This must be a Havasu thing
