Marvan was super prompt on replacing my screen. The first one had a defect which he replaced for free a few days later because it was covered under warranty. My new screen lasted less than a month. I use an Otterbox case and am very gentle with my phone. It first quickly developed a random single crack across the screen. It has since developed a corner crack and reaches up and now connects with the center crack. My first screen lasted 2+ year of daily use without an issue. I just don’t feel like the OEM screen I got was the same quality of the original. No fault to Marvan, he was helpful and I do recommended his store for promptness. I was a bit confused on pricing too because online it said $250-$300 for pricing but my total was $376.91. I don’t think tax was $76 so maybe his website needs updating on pricing. Just make sure to ask first so you aren’t surprised like I was. Again, very nice guy, quick and prompt shop, just unfortunate with the quality and pricing discrepancy.

Marvan’s by far is the best place for cell help and all the other services and cell accessories he provides. The owner, being the sole employee and excellent entrepreneur, fixed 2 Pixels perfectly for me saving me over $900 on buying a new Pixel. One Pixel was warped and needed a new battery, he found the missing button inside the phone and fixed that too. He saved the phone as the warped battery started to leak. The other was a broken screen on an old Pixel, both not easy jobs and he excelled at them both. He is very pleasant, cordial and professional. We drove across SF to see him, being overly worth it. He downloaded a side button showing on the screen for me, as well as fixing all. He handles Western Union, sim cards, has great and many phone accessories, etc.. one stop shopping for cell help, etc..He is also such a nice and pleasant gentleman.

My iPhone and laptop both broke at the same time, Marvan fixed my iPhone within 20 mins, I dropped it and there were lines going down the screen. The laptop had honey spilled on it and caused water damage, he was able to fix everything and save my laptop. The service was exceptionally professional, down-to-earth and friendly. The cost was very reasonable. I am sure I will be back someday..I definitely recommend Marvan’s Cell Care in the Sunset District, San Francisco!!
