Brought my gaming desktop into Matthew’s when my PC was making a strange ticking noise which I had thought was one of my SSD’s failing, PC was also freezing/restarting from overheating which I thought may have been my graphics card. I informed Matthew of these symptoms and he was quickly able to figure out it was actually the motor to my liquid cooling system that was failing and causing my processor to overheat. He recommended an absolute beast of a replacement fan which he installed the same day that I dropped it off. Now my PC is running quietly and performing incredibly under heavy load again. Matthew and his team are EXTREMELY knowledgeable in all aspects of computer parts/repairs and provide amazing customer service with constant updates on what they’re doing with your computer.
