I recently visited Media Markt and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The store had a vast selection of electronics, appliances, and other gadgets, with knowledgeable and friendly staff on hand to answer any questions I had.

I was impressed with the layout of the store, which made it easy to find what I was looking for, and the prices were very competitive. I was also pleasantly surprised by the range of brands available, including some that I hadn’t seen elsewhere.

The staff were incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to explain the features of different products and offering useful advice. They were also happy to provide price comparisons and help me find the best deals.

In addition, the store had a great atmosphere, with a fun and upbeat vibe that made the shopping experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Media Markt for anyone in the market for electronics or appliances.

The service in the store was desperate! We came to the store two days in a row in order to buy a smart watch and every employee we asked for help just told us that they do not have time for us and to ask someone else. We wanted to purchase an item but unfortunately the bad service in the store stopped us from that. I do not know what do we have to do to get help here. Hopefully this gets better in time. Sorry

The shop has variety of items available. If you are there in the evening, to ask a simple “yes/no” question, you might have to wait 25 minutes for someone from their staff to be free and answer. While I understand that some people have bigger questions and need longer consultation, it is still annoying to wait 25-30 mins to ask “do you have this in XYZ colour?”
