Professional. At first wasn’t so sure how it would go but made me feel comfortable and made sure he let me know what’s going on every step of the way. Reasonable time to fix it and price. Would recommend. I had hard drive issues if one was wondering. I like how he didn’t just assume it right away but made sure first. Overall fast. Good price, welcome, friendly, informative, helpful what else is there then that.
This was the best experience I’ve had when it came to PC issues. Very kind, honest, and reasonably priced. My screen to my MacBook was repaired within 2 days. Everything was back functioning as normal. I highly recommend MEGA for all your repair issues. You won’t be disappointed!! VERY VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE!
