I called Menozzi’s about 9am and didn’t get an answer. Before I had a chance to scroll to the next computer repair place on the list, Michael called me back and said “I’m so sorry I missed your call, how can I help you!” I explained that we had bought a used gaming computer for my son for Christmas and it only lasted about 2 weeks before it quit working. He said no problem, bring it over! He welcomed us into his home and gave it quick once over with us before we left it with him to repair, thinking that it would probably be a few days or a week before we heard back. Less than 2 hours later, Michael called me back and said it’s all fixed and ready for pick up. He explained what all he had done, including; updating the BIOS, cleaning some stuff up and adding a motherboard speaker, in case we had trouble again. I said “wow, that’s great, and so fast! How much do I owe you?” He said “free of charge, this one was easy!” I could not believe what I was hearing, because I figured this was going to be at least a couple hundred dollar fix! This was a great experience for me and my son. And with that, I can promise you this man has just earned my future business and gained another loyal customer. Thank you Michael!
