I took my phone here a few months ago and the experience was terrible compared to my past dealings with this store. Due to issue after issue getting my cracked phone screen replaced, I ended up having to travel back to the store FIVE TIMES.

First they closed early and didn’t tell me after calling me to come pick it up. Then my camera didn’t work after they fixed the screen. Then they gave it back to me with the back plate separating because it wasn’t glued properly. The guy offered to “put some rubber bands around it” and send me home like that. Uhh NO. So I had to leave again and come back again. I got it back once more with an obvious bad seal around the back plate. I gave up and just put it in a case immediately. I just now realized after taking it out of the case to clean it, they didn’t even put the right bezel on!! I have a GREEN PHONE AND THEY PUT A PURPLE BEZEL ON IT. This is beyond infuriating.

Went there to have my 12 pro max back glass repaired. Went home and found that my flash light wasn’t working called the next day and tucker was more than happy to have me come back and fix it and took 100% full responsibility. came back after it was finished and found there was bubbles in the back glass the same day he took it back in and went through and fixed it with 100% responsibility on him and was more than happy. Come here if your in the business of not being scammed.

Great service . Came in to get help getting my screen protector put on my iPad. Matt helped me, he did it right in front of me . Those things are so hard to get on I went through 2 of them alone. $10 for the service and I was happy with it. Come see Matt
