Dropped my phone Galaxy S21 Ultra and shattered the screen on Sunday night 40 min. before they close. Called them , he said to bring it in and he would replace the screen right away. The back had a piece of plastic broke out and he fixed that too. Now I have my phone in brand new condition. The price was way less than a new phone. Thank you for the great service!
Derek is still, as before, an excellent technichian and a wonderful addition to the Taylor store. Having serviced my phone previously at the West Road location, I asked specifically for Derek and made my way to Taylor when they told me he had moved locations. Still the same 5 star service, and another cracked screen I no longer need to worry over. Thank you Derek!
At this moment right now I have a pink line I need that fix I just got it fixed yesterday at 730 pm picked it up it was just fine now I find a pink line on my device. Update the line went away left a dot at the bottom of the screen I’ll give you updates through phone I’m sorry and hope this does not inconvenience your business.
