These guys are INCREDIBLE!!! Never seen service at this level before. Had a business computer that wasn’t booting and I needed to figure out what was up pretty quickly. I’d never been here before but decided to give them a try. Walked in and was immediately greeted by a cheerful tech (the owner I think). We started the usual “what’s it doing” conversation while he powered it up. Before I knew it he’d diagnosed the problem and was opening up the case and poking around. Within just a few more minutes he was replacing my power supply (which turned out to be the problem) and had me back up and running in about 25 minutes…ALL WHILE I WAS STANDING THERE!!! I’m a bit of a power user and I’ve NEVER seen service like this before ANYWHERE! Prices are VERY reasonable as well. From now on Metrolina Computer has all of my business as well as anyone I hear of with a computer problem. This place just ROCKS!!!

You can always rest assured that you’re getting a good deal here. I walked in there with a mess of wires and circuit boards that was the innards of a project I was about to call it quits on. In a last ditch effort I called about a dozen repair places in search of someone to help me relocate some components on a printed circuit board. This place was the only shop that didn’t turn me down. Once everything was de-soldered, I thought “welp, this is going to be impossible for anyone to re-solder these near-microscopic components”. This guy did it successfully and tested everything before I left!

I am now the only person on the internet that has custom buttons on a Pi Sugar 3 Plus.

These folks are AMAZING! We take our business computers here any time we need help with them. Most of the time they’ll diagnose the issue while we’re there and either fix it on the spot or give you a realistic (and reasonable!) timeframe for the repair. Rarely ever had to wait more than a day or two. VERY knowledgeable people whose goal is to get you in and out with the minimum of downtime…and that’s VERY important to our business! Plus the incredibly reasonable prices they charge. Would HIGHLY recommend!
