I bought a TV in to get fixed and it turns out that my TV had a little more going to it than originally planned. The lady there offered me a chance to buy a better, up-to-date, Schlemmer TV that they had for the same price of what I was going to pay to have buy original TV fixed. I said sure that sounds great look at home and my new TV looks fantastic. Yes it’s more like a refurbished TV but it is perfectly fine and it does everything that I need and more. I recommend anybody who has an issue with their TV to come to this place to get it repaired. They will be upfront, honest, informative, and if all else fails they will find alternative options. With everything going on in the in the world don’t expect your TV to come in on a Monday and be fixed by Tuesday. Every business in America is having issues so if you bring your TV here do keep in mind things do happen but everyone there is professional it will do the hardest to make sure that you get your property back as fast as possible and in the best shape possible. I would definitely recommend them and I will be going back if I ever need a repair again.

I would give TEN stars if I could. Sandra was awesome – she is an authorized Samsung repair person- very professional and extremely nice and helpful. She diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and set up the appointment all in a very timely matter. She communicated every step of the way. Amazing customer service and knowledge of her services.
(As a note, we were originally referred to Service Quick by Samsung – it is by far the worst company and customer service I have ever dealt with) We refused to deal with them and were so fortunate to be referred to Michael Electronics Services and Sandra.

The best, hands down. Samsung honored my television warranty but did not diagnose the correct problem. Sandra came with the part Samsung said was needed but she knew from experience that the issue was the screen and brought a new one just in case. Sure enough, the screen was the issue and it was replaced within minutes.
Sandra is such a wonderful and friendly lady. She was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. She saved me and herself a second trip by trusting her instincts and getting it right the first time. I highly recommend Sandra and Michael Electronic Services.
