I came here needing some cables and some good computer headphones. I spoke to Patrick and he was incredibly knowledgeable, absolutely willing to work within my price range, and just very pleasant. people like him are the reason I continue to go back to micro center. being able to tell someone what I need and then have it handed to me is infinitely more valuable than any form of online shopping that I could do myself. I would not have found these headphones without his help and I absolutely love them

This place was top notch! I was purchasing a 3D printer and had several questions. This young man answered all of my questions and never made me feel like he needed to get me out of the store to make the next sale. Customer Service is worth $$ to me instead of getting some discount deal and not knowing what you are doing. Thank you so much for the great service! Staff is super friendly, found what I was looking for, including laptop charger with 3 outputs for charging multiple devices. Great sale on battery backup units and USB drives are always a great deal some items are over priced. Laptops have screen blocker apps but you can bypass and enjoy a game of solitaire. Toys and gadgets immersive experiences. A great time for anyone that loves Tech.
