I love the variety and items sold at decent prices, I was able to get my anti static bags without wasting days between taking a few computers apart while waiting for Amazon to deliver some. The one place I knew I could check and have luck with them keeping a stock but there is way too much asking if I need help from commission based sale floor reps. It’s overwhelming how you can just be browsing and might come to a team member at the point which you can’t find something or have a question rather than being approached in every section I’m browsing. I am thankful for staff being available at the ready but I also enjoy pursuing every isle in hopes I find something I’ve been eying in person rather than online. Raspberry Pi and Arduino were here but so much markup from the open source loving companies they come from, mainly add-ons and cases i don’t think I found the pi I was searching for, I just needed a simple 3 board but they only had the newer models. Arduino was mainly the companies that use Arduino coding and boards but rebrand it as their own and charge more. Simple soldering irons were the same brands as alibaba or wellers digital station was $$40 more than you can find elsewhere which lead me back to online for everything else but the bags and a quick dremel tool set I needed that day

Good variety and I’d love to have one in my home town. They really like their house brand of filament that is not really very cost effective and their electronics components and parts display is the stuff nightmares are made of.

I overheard a salesman telling a customer they had no esp32s in stock even though the customer’s web browser of store inventory said otherwise. Since I’d just spent 30 minutes staring at the parts wall, I helped him find two of the three I remembered. Discouraged by the price (he shouldn’t have been if he had the product listings on his browser) he declared that he could get them at a fraction of this cost elsewhere and we talked about an option where he could get them far cheaper than that if he was willing to wait for the proverbial slow boat.

This is kind of the pinch that stores like this find themselves in these days. People are willing to pay some markup for the convenience of immediate delivery, but 3-5x markups just won’t fly.

The best of the best for pc and other electronic needs. I bought my laptop here 2 years ago and it’s still running great. If you want to build your own pc this is the place to go or if you just want a laptop or desktop for basic browsing or work/school purposes this is the best option.
