I recently visited the Micro Center in Paterson about a week ago after realizing I had mistakenly purchased the wrong computer parts. After a long drive to the store(I live 1:45 hours away), I was relieved to be met by Michael, the store manager. Michael listened to my concerns with genuine care and passion for helping customers. He immediately set me up with Abe, who is one of the best.

Abe was exceptional. He not only addressed my concerns swiftly but also took the time to educate me on the products, ensuring I fully understood my options. His knowledge and customer service skills were top notch.

Thank you, Micro Center of Paterson, for turning a potentially frustrating situation into a positive experience. The management and staff are truly outstanding!

Had a wonderful experience at Micro Center. I definitely missed a good in store experience that hasn’t been around for a long time especially since Covid. Micro Center truly provided that in every way all the associates seemed friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely become a regular patron of Micro Center due to this experience here even the cashier was friendly along with the manager, we need more stores like this and I urge you to visit this store and tell me different.

Had a great experience. The staff was super knowledgeable and I was able to get relevant gaming stuff from them without issue. They weren’t pushy at all and provided really valuable feedback. Ended up purchasing a hefty PC and pedals for my racing sim.

I also love the fact that they have a simulator in the store that you can try out. All in all, great prices, great service… what more can I ask for.
