I really cannot say enough about Microcenter and how amazing the staff are, specifically Pierre in the monitor and desktop department. My husband and I went in looking for a specific monitor that was not on display; Pierre’s kindness and professionalism made the entire process a breeze. He was able to help us find the monitor easily and made the entire experience feel easy and stress free, especially when we asked if it was possible to test the monitor since it was not on display. He helped us clear a spot and allowed us to test the product after purchase to make sure everything was perfect for us. Pierre was extremely professional, had a very clear technical knowledge, and had an immediate understanding of what we needed.

This was our first time coming here, and after our amazing experience I have to say we will continue to come back because of the care that exceptional employees like Pierre, as well as the rest of the team, show to their customers. Thank you Pierre for such an easy and amazing experience!

There were multiple issues I was having with my bank and with the distance I had to travel to get my son’s computer. Not to mention I have very limited time off. Peter, the store manager, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get the situation resolved and get my son’s computer built. I feel guilty not to leave them a glowing review. I built my dream PC over the past three months and microcenter has been nothing but helpful. I was given useful, honest advices and genuine, quality parts. Store is clean, bright and well organized. Friendly staff, overall great experience. On the last time I went I had issues with my return order as I mumbled my name during checkout and the staff couldn’t find the purchase. Instead of telling me to go kick rocks and leave me stranded with a unsuitable part like lots of other businesses would, the person checked multiple times and later had a manager help me look it up in a different system, who was able to eventually find the order. And I get to go home with the final piece of the puzzle and complete the build. Above and beyond. Absolutely will recommend to anyone I know.
