I have never encountered a place that lacks as much knowledge in their own work as much as Micro City. Professionalism is also lacking here.

A simple phone screen repair on my iPhone 11 Pro Max has turned into a nightmare. Micro City has replaced my phone screen 3 times since my first initial visit. Each time I brought my phone back to them, it was because of issues with my phone screen.

As a write this, my phone is still broken because of their negligence. At this point, I have decided to simply order a new phone as I don’t have any more time or patience dealing with Micro City.

Avoid this place at all cost if you value your money, phone, or any sort of professionalism when conducting business.

My iPhone 7 Plus had water damage so I walked into micro city and left it overnight. They confirmed a price with me and my phone was fixed a day later. There was also an issue with the home button not working and that was taken care of right away. I’m happy with their service and also the women there are beautiful.

UPDATE: 2021. Dropped off my iPhone XS Max to get the front camera fixed. They kept it for 3 months. Every time I called to check on the phone they lied to me and gave me the runaround. All they had to say was they couldn’t fix it and that would be ok with me. These guys are clowns. I finally picked it up and the phone is even worse now.

I don’t trust many of the retailers on ferry street but this store earned my trust and business. they gave me good advice, information and solutions to my problem. the young man working the counter knows his products and gives sound recommendations. the tech working alongside also seems honest and knowledgeable. I didn’t have to return to this store once I found they didn’t have the solution to my problem that I preferred, but i was glad to return to them and buy some products for the phone I ultimately had to purchase elsewhere. more importantly I didn’t feel they were ripping me off like many stores here do.
