If I could give this place a 6 star review I would. Leo is an absolutely amazing guy and I highly recommend him if you’re having PC issues. I brought my pc in on Friday April 12th 2024 with multiple problems that I couldn’t figure out. Games crashing, disconnecting from the internet, apps crashing you name it. He gave me a call THE NEXT DAY, saying he had narrowed the issue down to either the cpu or ssd being bad but needed to run some more tests. Again THE NEXT DAY he called back saying he had figured out that my cpu was faulty went out of his way to try and get it warranty’d. He replaced the cpu and it good as new. The whole thing took 3 days. If he sees this I want him to know that Parker Farris is forever grateful for him and I can’t thank him enough for his help. If you hear any bad things about this place or Leo it’s not true he saved my pc and saved me over $2000 from buying a new one. Thank you again Mr Leo!

MIND=BLOWN……. BELIEVE every good thing the reviews say. This guy isn’t just a regular IT guy. HE IS INSPIRING. I was having problems building a PC on my own, took it to this guy and BOOM. Not only he fixes all the rookie mistakes I made, he teaches me step by step how to correctly reassemble it. Literally losing my mind at how good both the customer service and his technical skills and knowledge on all kinds of PC components and software. I’ve never met an IT person like this before!!!!!! I have been taking my crashing desktops and laptops to Leo since the early 2000s. He is an excellent computer man. His service is excellent, and his pricing has always been fair. In most cases, turnaround time is within a day or two. One time, he had to recover data for me and was able to retrieve close to 90 percent of my data. Now, that was pricey, but I didn’t have a choice. Since then, I’ve been using an automatic cloud backup service. I highly recommend Micro Computer to anyone who needs this service.
