I seriously cannot say enough positive things about David and Miller’s Tech.
On Christmas Eve morning, I had a laptop that took a spill directly on the plugged in power supply. Something had broken internally and I wasn’t able to plug in or charge my PC. After sending a Facebook message and explaining what had happened, that I knew it was Christmas Eve and I completely understood if they couldn’t look at it until after Christmas, but that I was really hoping to be able to get some work done while on holiday break, I received a reply message back within minutes and was told that I could drop it off to them that day! When I dropped it off, I was greeted by David who was extremely polite and professional. After explaining what had happened and what the issue was, David stated that he would take a look at it as soon as he could, maybe even that day, and that he would let me know what he found. Before I even left, I asked him to take a look and upgrade the ram if the laptop was able to be repaired.
Mere hours later I had a message stating that my laptop was fixed, ready, and able to be picked up. That there wasn’t anything major broken and that the solders were fine. That it was but a small plastic clip that he was able to repair.

Mind you, this is in CHRISTMAS EVE!!!

They could have said the solders were busted, the power supply was toast, or that I cracked the motherboard, but they were honest. And fair. They knew that I was ready to purchase a new laptop if I needed to, but they put honesty and integrity above making a quick and easy sale. And THAT means everything to me. THAT. earned my business for life.
Even after upgrading my ram, making the repair (on Christmas Eve), and tipping them for their superior work, professionalism, and exceptional service, I still still paid way LESS than I thought a fair price.
Again, I can’t say enough positive things about David and Miller’s Tech. If you need any new hardware or services, make sure they are your first call or message.
They will be mine when it’s time to upgrade.

David was very knowledgeable in addressing issues related to google and my Chromebook. He took the time to walk through my issues and make necessary adjustments with positive results. If you are searching for help…. I can highly recommend David at Miller Tech in New Philadelphia, Ohio.

What exceptional customer service. On Christmas Eve he stayed 30 min after scheduled closing time so that I could get a gift for my son that was long waited. So i could not recommend this place more.
