I highly recommend going to this location for questions or solutions you need for your computer. I called Frank for several tech questions regarding everything from selling my old laptop to hard drive repairs and constructing an external drive. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and forthcoming. He provided me options that were best for my tech needs and my wallet. Additionally, he listened and perceptively noted details about my job and provided me with great personalized recommendations for how I should move forward storing my files. The prices he quoted me for the hard drives and repairs I was interested in were the same (if not cheaper) as Amazon and other retailers like Best Buy. Frank is a well informed guy that I would trust with all my computer needs, and he goes above and beyond with his customer service.
