Ben is a consummate professional. He is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and experienced. Initially, I was able to recycle 2 older PC’s and three old monitors for a very affordable price. It would have cost me 10 times as much had I taken them to the city for disposal.

Second, I came in with a spec list for a brand-new gaming rig. For the most part, Ben agreed with my choices, but offered me additional information from his wealth of knowledge, which I gladly accepted. I then told him what I thought it would cost and his initial quote was right on target! I agreed to add even more to the build as we discussed things, but the overall cost was surprisingly affordable. I had looked at some prebuilds from Dell, HP, Digital Storm, NZXT, Maingear, etc., but none of those met all my requirements in addition to price.

The machine Ben built for me is outstanding! It has the newest and latest generation of components and is the fastest machine I have ever owned, and the most beautiful! He promised the completed build in 5 to 7 days and he met that promise.

Based on my personal experience with Milwaukee PC, I highly recommend them for new PC builds and recycling services. Milwaukee PC – Oconomowoc is now my “go-to” tech store for everything computer related.

The computer in our accounting department crashed and damaged the hard drive. We were in a panic because we couldn’t take credit cards or invoice customers. We went on-line to Dell, Best Buy, Newegg, etc. and the computer we needed with larger memory and Ram would take a week or longer.

We called Milwaukee PC in Oconomowoc and spoke with Ryan explaining our problem. He said we would be able to pick up our new computer in 1 day and we were grateful. Imagine our surprise when we got a call a few hours later from Ryan informing us that the computer was done!! We picked it up and at lunch time and were running the next morning.

I just wanted to come on here and say that the customer service i have gotten from Ryan has been amazing. Not only did he go through the store and help me pick the components for the pc that he assembled for me. He answered all of my noob questions to help me learn what each part did. And fallow up when I’ve had to call to ask a question he has been amazing as well. I have never felt belittled because i don’t know something that may be simple. I have gotten that feeling form other places sometimes but never here.
