Went to change a screen for an iPhone XR gave me a price over the phone then I showed up and they more than honored the price given. After I spoke with thee store owner Nubia I had everything taken care of even tho the 30 day guarantee had long ran out. I humbly take back everything negative I’ve said about this place she went beyond anything I have ever seen a store owner do to right a wrong. Great place! Would def go again!!!!
Hands down the best service I have received when it came to fixing my iPhone. He got the job done in a day, great communication and a fair price. I’m so glad I found this place, I called like 4 different ones and their prices were ridiculous! But Tech repair gave me a quote over the phone and fixed my phone quickly! I have already taken a few devices here and it’s been a great job every time.
I took my laptop because it wasn’t charging. They fixed that, but broke the keyboard. Now I have another issue. They created it. I would give it a zero if I could. Stay away from this place. They charged almost 100.00 dollars for replacing a cable that the laptop needed to recharge the battery and when they did it, they broke the keyboard. Stay away from these teenagers working on computers.
