I owe the man at this service centre big time. He is such a friendly person and so nice and so understanding. I was very worried as my phone suddenly was full of water because I played a lot in Bodensee. He didn’t really assure me by saying things I wanted to hear, but instead he said, “I’ll try my best” and somehow it made me at ease. Even though my phone wouldn’t last long because of the tragedy, I am glad I went to Mobile House, tried to fix my phone, and met this nice man. I hope you can continue your business for a long time. Thank you for being so helpful.
