I’d walked by a few times when they weren’t open, but this time I happened to around when they were. Walked in, asked about a new battery for my iPhone. They thought they might have to order it and schedule an appointment, but they found they had it in stock. They were happy to fit me in, even without an appointment! The price was better than Apple. The process was painless, online form to fill out, online signature. The phone was ready exactly when promised.

She was worried about possibly cracking my screen protector (which was already cracked and needing replaced), but it came out fine.

What a great resolution. So much faster than the Apple store (even with an appointment!) and no crazy crowds.

Brought my MacBook there because the battery couldn’t hold any power. Louis (the technician) was very friendly and professional. He ran the diagnostic and found the battery was all good but the logic board was problematic. He tried all means to fix it but unfortunately the logic board still needs to be replaced. Haven’t decided yet whether to replace it as it costs a lot but Louis did not charge a cent for working on my Mac for two hours. Highly recommend Mobile Kangaroo!

after having my initial appointment cancelled with no explanation and two months of trying to get an appointment. I finally got one. I arrive on time and leave my phone, when i return two hours later I’m informed they didn’t have the part! It’s a cracked screen. You knew for two weeks about the appointment. Shame on you and a bigger shame on Apple for having nobody else to turn to for service. Way to be there for people during a national emergency…
