Wonderful service for my Macbook Air. I was coming back from a weekend trip when my laptop froze while updating, so I took it to the nearest Apple Approved store. I was greeted as soon as the door went off and they were able to walk me through two possible recovery processes. $20 to look at it (Thanks Apple Care+), if it was simple fix that was it. But we had to reinstall the iOS system, sadly. And the cost of looking went towards repair service. I would take all my Apple products to them from now on. As I’m more of a Software tech than a hardware to a point. Loved the text updates and delays update. Even responded to my many questions and followed up with an email for any further assistance. Great service!

My 7 year old (but big fancy) IMac all of a sudden couldn’t bring up the operating system. I followed Apple’s instructions but nothing worked. I needed professional help and took my 27″large all in one computer to Mobile Kangaroo, an authorized Apple service center. They made it easy to book an appointment and quickly diagnosed the problem and reinstalled the operating system. They did all this in 2 days and kept me informed along the way. I am very pleased that the repair was done quickly, at a reasonable price, and the computer is working great!! I was fearful that I would need to replace it or have an expensive repair. If I ever need repair again, they will be my first call.

The staff is very nice & quick, but I do not recommend going here to fix your Mac Book items. They charged me a diagnostic fee and expensive price to get my laptop issue fixed. Later, I went to the Apple store to get a second opinion and they did a diagnostic check for me too but for FREE, and quoted me almost half the price of Mobile Kangaroo to get the same thing fixed on my Mac! So just go to the Apple Store…though may be a further drive I know. I wish I had! It saves you money!
