First and foremost, I would like to say, “WoW”! The level of customer service and the quick turnaround on the repair was absolutely astonishing! After multiple times driving past this establishment, My Wife and I, finally came to the conclusion that we should probably visit the store to see if Mobile Rescue could assist us with repairing her incredibly damaged phone and just like Clark Kent stepping into the phone booth…Boom, superman appeared in front of us and resolved all of our problems. The repair turnaround time was less than half an hour, the level of professionalism and the proficiency behind the service technician was absolutely appreciated and moving forward, I will no longer fret the potentiality of damaging a future phone because we have a local neighborhood hero. My wife’s phone died out of nowhere so I took it in and spoke with Marlon. He diagnosed the issue immediately, gave me a timeline for repair and when it would be ready. Great communication the next day (Marlon called me to tell me the phone was ready, plus text, plus e-mail), fair pricing, phone works great now, highly recommend.

As an aside when I went to pick up the phone, it was during the lunch hour, and there was signage on the door saying when they would be back. Sure enough Marlon pulled up right at the posted time of return. I know that might seem like a trivial thing, but not alot of businesses care to inform customers about such things, let alone come back on the dot. Sign of a respectable business.

I want to take this opportunity to edit my original post. I brought in my Galaxy S24 Ultra for a cracked screen replacement. I can’t stress enough how impressed I am with the quality of service and the replacement work. My phone is as if it came new out of the box. My apps, settings, are all just as they were before service. Thank you!
