These folks are knowledgeable, kind, and fast. I had a 2015 MacBook Pro with bulging batteries that needed to be removed. Their repair took less time than they quoted me and their price was what I expected to pay. They showed me the batteries that had been removed – for fun – because they looked like little pillows…heh.

Good service, reputable folks! Highly recommend.

I have been back to Mobile Spot a couple more times. I’m always excited to see what used tech they have in stock. I traded in a personal laptop and bought a used iPad Pro. The offer they had for my trade-in was more than Apple was going to give me and the cost of the used tablet was incredibly reasonable too. Grateful for these guys and happy this shop is here in town!

Went for a Pixel camera back glass repair, camera quality came out much worse than before. They said it was because the module is impossible to clean and I had to buy a new one- fine. Did that and they broke my OLED, had to come in AGAIN and fix that. Now there’s a small section of my screen that still has off-colored pixels right where the camera module is. This place has wasted a week of my time and $260. If this issue gets worse I’m just going to have to get a new phone.

I brought my laptop here months ago to potentially sell it, ended up selling my old phone instead. HOWEVER, I have the shop on spy camera from my laptop stealing my hard drive out of it. I left it in the shop over a weekend and played like I forgot it, then I went and grabbed it, reviewed the footage, and I have footage of my hard drive being taken, them disassembling the laptop, and also putting different screws and ram into it.

DO NOT GO HERE, YOUR STUFF IS NOT SAFE.
