STAY AWAY!!

Extremely poor service, I can’t stress this enough. Ordered the replacement screen and was promised it would come in next day. It came in multiple days later, which they don’t own up to, they blame FedEx. Came back from work trip, walked in as we had agreed and now being told I have to wait 2 to 3 hrs to get screen replaced. Oh, but if you pay an extra 20 dollars you get placed ahead of everyone else. I should have read 1 star reviews and stayed away from this place. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. It’s not worth it. People here don’t care, and when you want to try to resolve something, or if you’re expecting good customer service, you’ll be disappointed. The people at front desk threatened with pulling video recordings and discussing their side of the story with owner so the owner doesn’t get upset. This is what you’ll be dealing with folks.

Update: Walked back in 3 hours later to get my phone, screen doesn’t work. My phone can’t be restored to previous state, so I am now forced to wait additional days for new screen to come in and get installed. No guarantees new screen will work, or how long I will be without a phone. Speaking to a manager/owner was a complete waste of time as he had no intention of resolving my issues or trying t reach across the isle.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this mobile repair company. Upon arrival, the staff were too preoccupied with assisting another customer to even acknowledge my presence. I patiently waited for what felt like an eternity, only to be completely ignored while they prioritized someone else who arrived after me. Not to mention, the staff were of different races, which shouldn’t matter but somehow felt relevant in this context. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. This blatant disregard for customer service and possible racial bias is unacceptable. I urge others to steer clear of this establishment and find a repair service that values all customers equally.
