I have been working with Modesto Network since 2006. I am a court reporter by profession, and I use a computer for my work. Sam is the most knowledgeable IT guy I have ever met. I never have to worry when my computer is down, because I know that Sam will take care of it. Sam can pretty much fix anything. Sam keeps up-to-date with the latest in the technology world. In the old days, I would have to bring down my computer to the shop and stress because I didn’t have a computer to complete my work. Now with the latest technology, Sam can remotely go into my computer and fix it without me leaving the house!!! Sam is an honest, good person. He doesn’t price gouge you. His rates are very, very reasonable. You tell him what your needs are, and he will find a solution. Sam listens to you. Maybe you can’t afford the latest greatest computer you think you need. Sam will research and price the software/hardware and help you with a refurbished computer, like he did with me and saved me a lot of money!! And my computer runs like a champ!!!! He is truly one of a kind and l appreciate him as a person, one who cares about his clients.

I was a senior citizen looking for help with my outdated computer. I tried a couple of different tech services, but got only answering machines for a call back. When I did get a call back from one establishment, they didn’t really want to discuss my issues. their response was just bring in my CPU. When I called Samuel and identified myself as a non techie senior, he said you have reached the right guy I can help you. He immediately said that he will give me a senior discount on services rendered, which i greatly appreciated. He then proceeded to access my computer remotely, and discovered some problems he could help me with. I dropped off my CPU, which he updated for me, and explained in layman terms what he had done. I now have a computer that is super fast and user friendly. Before I retired, I spent 36 years in the customer service field and my experience with Samuel was fantastic! I would recommend him to anyone!
