There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude to the team at Monster Repair. Not only did they fix my device (that was essentially broken by another repair shop), but they also provided amazing emotional support for me while going through a hard time lately. The broken device was the icing on the cake for me and everybody at Monster went above and beyond to not only fix my device, but to also help to put a smile on my face. Needed to get an cracked iPhone screen fixed. Stopped in, they had the screen in stock and were able to fix it in about an hour. Very quick easy. Eli the customer service representative I was dealing with was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. The store seems to be well stocked with products. I felt like my device was in good hands when I left it with them. Price for new phone screen was about $150 a lot cheaper then a new phone.

I work with Monster through my company so I’ve never taken them a personal device. However, they have repaired 19 tablets for various reasons. Anywhere from charging issues to broken screens. We haven’t had a problem with a single one of them since being repaired. They are both friendly and professional. We always get our equipment back in a timely manner.
