If I could, I would give MoraTek and Fernando ALL the stars! Fernando helped my elderly parents resolve a computer glitch and also a cell phone issue that neither my brother nor I were able to fix long distance. He not only quickly resolved their computer issues, but helped my father with a problem with his cell phone, unfortunately the result of a less-than-ethical sales situation that took advantage of my father’s declining cognition and tapped his wallet. Fernando went so far as to drive my dad — at no charge — to the cell phone vendor to demand a fix and a refund. More recently, my parents had issues with a streaming service WIFI connection. I couldn’t help long-distance, and Fernando offered to go to their house, free of charge, to resolve this latest situation. I called Fernando to thank him for advocating for my parents and being on their side when they (1) couldn’t fix their tech and (2) were being taken advantage of by their cell service provider. Because both my brother and I live far from our parents, we rely on people like Fernando, who wake up each day and choose to lead with empathy and generosity. Fernando even refused to bill me for the streaming service fix! What a gentleman, a true professional and a consummate pro at all things computer/tech. Highly recommended. Thank you, Fernando, for your kindness and humanity. It’s exactly what the world needs more of right now. Amazing, truly!

I would like to recommend Fernando to anyone who has computer issues. My computer was hacked and Fernando fixed it and was so pleasant and honest to deal with. He turned a very scary experience for me into an educational experience by explaining everything in plain English and not tech talk. Sometime back in the fall I had my laptop taken in to be looked at and he helped figure out the problem, and when it ultimately wasnt going to work, even helped picked out a better (and sturdier) laptop. He looked over the new one, too, to make sure it was in working order. Great guy! Im so thankful he helped me figure out my laptop issues. He’s very kind and knowledgable when it comes to this!
