Passing through and needed an obscure part I could not find elsewhere. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and found one of what I was looking for in the store. On top of that, they offered it to me for free since they were not using it and it has been sitting around. Fantastic business!
This is a best place in Humboldt County for Mac service and repairs. Marcus and Issac are both personable and knowledgeable. They explain the issues in “non-tech” language and keep you informed in a timely manner. Great to have someplace reliable and closer than Santa Rosa!!
