So i had a very big issue the other day. Dropped my phone in the pool and it basically fried it. I put in sillica gel and waited to see if it would work. Nothing the next day. I was freaking out. Knew of Mr Fix It and figured if there was anything to be done they could. Took it to them after i got off work on Saturday around 3ish. Dom was so nice and told me the odds werent great but he would try. A couple hours later he called and told me he shouldnt be called mr fix it anymore….he should be called MR MIRICALE! He absolutely was, he managed to get my phone that was dead as a doornail to work again. Seriously, he went the extra mile to get it working again and it is working great. Dom you are great at what you do!

He is doing good with his job but I am confused why he is asking for screen password and the Materials he use is not good quality, I took my phone there not long ago and the fixed the back, but one month after the glass break it’s I don’t know what happened, when I removed my case I saw the back was broken already, I was surprised because I never dropped my phone or anything to break the back again, but it was a waste of money, and If yours is broke buy one from Amazon, it is $18 and fix it yourself it is not hard and they did post the video how to do it as well. I did mine and it was easy as hell I wish I knew this before I pay him.

A few month back i had an issue with my phone screen took it in and Dom was a great help and had the part ordered and delivered the next day. Loved the service so much when i had an issue with my laptop and took it in for repairs. Admittedly there was an issue with the place he needed to get the part from, but Dom communicated updates with me frequently and when it was ready i was GREATLY impressed with the work he did.
