These are the MOST amazing people you will ever meet!

I had a stripped screw in my laptop case and couldn’t get it out for the life of me. No Auto parts store, Lowes, Home depot, Best Buy or Geek Squad was of any help at all and I was at my wits end.

But then I found this company on Google and decided to give them a shot. The screw itself was a gonner, sadly there was no way to unscrew it to get it out, HOWEVER, they offered a second means of solving the problem with my permission. They removed the Top of the screw, so that I could still open the casing for repairs and maintenance. Granted the remainder of the screw is still embedded in the spot where it was stuck, but it no longer hinders any future work on it and with so many other screws holding the case in place, I don’t even notice it!

The best part? They are so Nice! The receptionist is honest and kind, she’ll do her best to help with whatever you need and when your stuff is getting worked on in the back, she’s great at conversation! The time it took for the owner to remove the screw top passed by so quickly I never even noticed. As for the owner himself? A great man! He went through so much trouble trying to get the screw out and when he finally ran out of options, he approached me with the last resort and completely left the decision up to me instead of just performing the deed as so many others would have done.

This is the best repair shop in town, I guarantee it!!

I brought the first PC I built here after it failed to power on, and my meager attempts at troubleshooting had no effect. They identified the issue immediately, and fixed it just as quick. They make computer repair look easy, and are really nice as well, but best of all their rates are very affordable. I had expected to spend at least $100 and spent half that, though they wouldn’t let me tip them for their wonderful service. Bottom line is— these guys are great (if I could give a million stars I would) and I will one hundred percent come here again next time I have an issue!

This was the best customer service I have had anywhere recently! He was very patient with my lack of tech knowledge, explaining things to me. He did an excellent job, and was very quick turnaround. Also, I was quite pleasantly surprised at the cost!
Very friendly and respectful of Covid protocols (important to me as I am high risk).
