Went to get my charger port fixed because it wasnt charging. Took like two hours and payed $100 upfront. They tried to charge me an extra $40 for “new speakers and microphone because the ribbon was messed up” im not dumb its all one piece, that was the first lie. Im inspecting my phone and the metal is all scratched up at the bottom of the screen. After turning it on i get a notification saying non geniune screen; they said it happens when its opened to update it and it’ll go away (lie number two) i start to get suspicious and looked it up while further inspecting my phone; it’s not my screen and i wasnt told it was swapped, why!? So i go back asking why my screen was swapped and he shows me a screen on another phone saying it broke on removal and he didn’t tell me because he wanted me to be satisfied (lied to me). I should’ve check the other screen there, i said i needed to take it because it’s a company phone and it has what i assumed was my screen protector on it; it was not my screen and i assumed he’d come clean after he got caught. Not until i got home and checked it for a small scratch in the middle of the screen did i realize he gave me another knock off screen just to keep my genuine screen. DO NOT GO HERE OR ANY OF THE REPAIR PLACES AT RIVER OAKS they own all of them and even the jewelry stands too.

I went here to get my daughters phone screen fixed and purchased one of their expensive cases as well and I received very bad service. Before I dropped it off calls were working no issue I only had a cracked screen. When I got it back every time I took a call it would drop and they said basically it was not their problem. I will never spend money here again & I suggest you do not either.

I had great customer service! Fixed my cracked and wet iPhone X in couple hours. After that I got tempered glass screen protector and heavy duty case I’m very excited. Mr Mobile technicans are expert n knows what they doing. They unlocked my brother’s phone and backedup the data. I highly recommend for repairs n phone accessories.
