4/7/24 I just wanted to give an update on my earlier review from 2 years ago.

This business has gotten even better! They are still the same honest, professional & knowledgeable business that they were 2 years ago. But they have moved to a more accessible location on Amador. And they also offer technical assistance and repair on computers promptly at fair, reasonable prices. Their motto of “it’s not dead until we say it’s dead” is true for both phones and computers. And, if they say it’s dead as happened in my case, they offer excellent suggestions for replacement. This is a business you really can trust. It’s run the way you wish all businesses were run with quality, expertise, good treatment of customers, fair prices and honesty. I wouldn’t turn to anyone else in Las Cruces for help with my phone or computer. They do indeed deserve more than 5 stars!

Mr Phone Dr. is now my go to phone repair shop & I’m a Chicago customer. Thanks to their YouTube video I found this place & glad I didn’t give up on this phone. These guys gave me a fair price on a glass only repair along with an added curved glass protector for an additional 30 bucks. EVERYWHERE in the Chicago area wouldn’t touch my s10 plus with out doing the whole screen under 300-350 range, Even Samsung repair couldn’t help me they just want to sell me another $1000 phone. They replaced the back glass and the lenses on my camera in the same day swiftly and professionally! Looks and feels brand new! It’s like it never happened.
