Absolutely fantastic experience. I brought in my daughter’s iPhone and iPad, both of which had damaged screens (the iPhone screen had gone completely dark, and the iPad had several cracks in it). Roberto explained the various options on how to fix and in 24 hours we had devices back that work like new.

I realize a lot of places advertise these repair services but the excellent service, outstanding repair, and transparent discussions during drop-off and pick-up are a real differentiator here. I plan to bring any future damaged tech here and plan to refer my friends and family in the area here as well.

Amazing experience! Roberto is the absolute best! I had a dell tower that was 20+ years old and Roberto searched high and low to find the tools needed to get all of my old photos off of the computer! My father had passed away and I was desperate to see some of these images again, Roberto was extremely sensitive and determined. I could not be happier. I was in the shop yesterday and met Roberto. I ask him for an estimate to fix my charger port
He looked at immediately with a microscope and cleaned all the lint and dirt out of the port hand it back to me and said it’s fine just dirty no charge.i was fully expecting to pay for a new charger port .but was pleasantly surprised with the honesty.i will tell everyone I know if they have a tech problem to go meet Roberto.
