My laptop was having some kind of boot issue and was basically non functional, I didn’t know who to call or what to do and I needed it for a presentation in 2 days. I saw MSI.T computer repair on Facebook and gave it a try. I reached out to Matt (the owner) who was both courteous and responsive; I explained the problem I was having with my laptop and that I really needed it in 2 days. Matt assured me that that would not be a problem. He was very accommodating and willing to swing by and pick it up from me, I was out so I brought it to him. He clearly informed me that he would take a look at it and let me know the price before fixing it. The next morning I heard from him and busters moon he brought it back to me at my house. He stayed for a bit to show me the updates he performed and explained what he had done to fix the problem. I was very pleased and would recommend him.

I’m glad i found this. Matt is a great understanding communicative person, he genuinely cares and is very helpful and reasonable. He was quick to figure out the issue with my macbook and was very fast at responding and updating me with what needed to be fixed and the pricing. This is a kind man who won’t treat you the way other tech guys scheme people. I will definitely be a permanent customer from here on out. Also, after he fixed my MacBook he made sure to check in that the computer was running smooth with no complications, which i truly Appreciate . That shows a lot.
