My laptop was giving me the “2 amber, one white” code of death after plugging in an external hard drive. I thought for sure the motherboard was cooked and it was going to be a very expensive fix, especially considering it’s almost $3G brand new. Jamie opened it up and diagnosed it down to the component level and found the BIOS chip had fried. He replaced the chip and he resurrected my laptop, good as new. Then he went above and beyond and installed new thermal paste and cleaned the dust out of the fans. He had my laptop back on my table in 2 days. I’m very happy, and I highly recommend. Thanks again Jamie!!

Have heard different feedback from people who have personally dealt with this so called business. Absolutely horrible communication and service. Unless you’re not expecting to get your product back for atleast half a year and get your messages and calls for updates ignored from Jamie giving you the runaround, with your product not even being fixed when you finally get it back after threatening to get the cops involved, i’d go elsewhere. And Jamie, before you try responding back saying that you are communicative just to lie and make yourself look good, own up to your lack of customer service.

Jamie was amazing!!! I cannot put it into words he fixed both of my MacBooks! I had a 2013 that everywhere I went I was told I couldn’t get it fixed and Jamie went ABOVE AND BEYOND and fixed it. I am so thankful to have found someone honest. He cares about his customers and doesn’t rip them off for thousands of dollars. He is honest and keeps you up to date with what he’s doing and send you cool videos letting you know what he’s doing. He is THE BEST! I would rate 5,000 if I could!!
